You forgot to leave a post for the race report!

This race was unlucky for me. :( During the first race I couldn't get a time, and I was so slow.
During the 2nd race I started getting use to a combo and my lap times started improving. But in lap 9, I was going in the first turn really close to the driver in the XFR and there was some lag which made me spin and crash into the wall. I lost 16sec, but I started getting better and better every lap, started catching up the XFR again almost by 1sec per lap, but in lap 15 when I had my best splits from the whole race, going into the corner I hit the wall a bit and flipped over on my roof.
I didn't like the combo at all + I hate the NGT. I am bad with them and it is so hard to control them for me.
And now I noticed that even if I would be continuing I might of got some points, but oh well.

Anyways, thanks for the race.

Just a disaster for me!! Didn't get any practice in after having a busy week finishing my uni project for presentation on the friday. I felt I could maybe hang on to the bottom end of the pack in race 1 but quickly burnt my tyres up and had to pit. For 2nd race I went for R4s on the front... big mistake couldn't keep the heat in them, the front right actually got colder than race start temps :o Then to top it off I realized I had a 12kg handicap set

Bring on the next one!

At the moment, im not sure if there will be a writen race report, if i do then i'll maybe hax the forum db and see if it falls appart as a result.
I've not been well since a couple of hours after round 3, seem's i picked up some sort of food poisoning from a take-away meal i had just before the round, after some tests they found 2 bugs, this food poisoning based one and this 2nd one which i dont even know the name of, and basically im constantly tired and feel worn down.
I have a CT scan on Thurs which should be fun, but due to other circumstances it could be as long as a year before i shake the bug off, while most people would get it and it'd clear without any problem.
Almost went to A&E this evening for something unrelated, but just gonna leave it with the docs unless it happens again, just feels like everything is being a PITA at the moment, and it always happens near the end of the football season!!

I'll get round to doing the video this week when my heads straight, today ive done sod all but watch the F1, BTCC, some recorded stuff and then sit infront of the computer for the last 4hrs thinking i cba doing owt. The write-ups i dont have it in me to keep them short so i end up spending at least 2hrs on it (it'd take about as long doing it short too, cos i'd have to go through the replay to recap), the vids take at least 4hrs, hopefully less as i get used to it all, and on top of everything else involved i dont have it in me at the moment to bother with the write-ups. I was considering dropping them at the end of the season and going with the review vid because people will get more from those and most people will watch them rather than read my OTT write-ups.

I did a couple of hours 3wks before with pecker, then nothing till about an hour before the event, and i was burning up clutches within 3-4 flying laps. Before the race, the best i'd managed was 10 laps beforethe clutch got to the point where it would get worse just by being on the throttle, and i think that was only attempted twice.
In the race i was really going hard on the clutch and it went red around lap 5-6 and i was trying to pass Dave and could see i could get ahead and pull away, and just kept hammering the clutch. Fortunately i was able to get ahead and hold a 1sec lead which allowed me to manage the car better, clutch and overheating tyres. The middle sector was the tyre killer, if you didnt try and force the car through those corners then the tyres were happy (at least they were on my set) however i noticed that before the end of the first race the tyres were settled so they were ok with a little more aggressiveness. I always race with F9's tyre info up, so i was able to follow the temps and know more about how the car would handle, and i could see they'd be fine for the longer race because they'd already got past the worst of it in race 1.
So i was quite suprised when race 2 finished and people mentioned using R4s, u should check out Dave's tyres towards the end they were navy/black :?

I didnt think i'd finish the sprint race, let alone get a chance at the feature race, which would have been fine had i not rolled trying to avoid Dave's lag which seems to have been a problem at my end. I saw his car stationary just exiting the apex of the downhill hairpin and instinctively reacted to avoid it and turned to tight and clipped the wall. The lag was maybe 0.1sec worth, really was next to nothing, and because i'd ran into his/my lag on earlier corners when getting right behind even though it wasnt plausable for his car to suddenly stop i knew hitting it would be real at my end. I was actually enjoying it, i think i was in the minority though, though had i thought for a moment i'd end up doing the odd round myself i'd have prefered a different track (KY2R is quality with nGT, though its pretty fun for most cars) and every round would be FWD!!!

I was not able to join for this race, 'cause i got no password and i couldn't get it from anyone, because everyone was busy/on the server, thus unreachable.

I'm going to miss todays FZR and if there's no Scirocco in time, then also last round. I don't have enough time now and XFG/XRG is not so attractive for me.
